Speedee Brakes is a family-owned mobile brake service in Akron, Ohio. We focus on one thing — the system that stops your car — and we bring the whole shop to your driveway.
Our Story
Troy started Speedee Brakes with a simple goal: honest, high-quality brake repair without the hassle of a traditional shop. Too many brake jobs are done in a hurry — pads slapped on, rust left behind, bolts tightened by feel. Those shortcuts are why brakes squeal, pulse and wear out early.
So we decided to do it the long way, every time. We take everything apart, clean every contact point down to bare metal, lubricate what needs it, torque every bolt to spec, and bleed the system before we hand back your keys. And because we’re mobile, you don’t lose half a day in a waiting room to get it done.

Today it’s still a family operation — Troy works alongside our senior technician, Mark. We serve drivers across Akron, Summit County and Northeast Ohio, in driveways, office lots and apartment complexes. Our customers keep telling us the same things: on time, fairly priced, and done right.
