Troy and his son have been absolutely incredible to work with. They’ve gone above and beyond helping us repair a car for our son, and their patience and professionalism really stand out. We ran into an issue where some parts we purchased didn’t match the car due to a year discrepancy—something that wasn’t anyone’s fault—and they handled it with complete understanding and zero frustration.
They’re always friendly, punctual, and take the time to clearly explain everything. If there’s ever any uncertainty, they’re upfront about it and work with you to come up with a plan, which is something we really appreciate. They stepped into this project after someone else had already taken the car apart and never returned, which could have been a headache—but they didn’t hesitate to help us move forward.
What really says a lot is how they handled setbacks. Even when they had to leave because of incorrect parts—losing time they could have spent on other jobs—they remained kind and professional. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and the work they do.
They’re fair with pricing, honest about what’s best (even if that means recommending a shop for certain jobs), and truly want to make sure our son, as a new driver, has a safe and reliable car.

We have needed a mechanic to do the things we just can’t get done ourselves and he seems very honest and trustworthy.
